You can either drive to our location with another driver, rent a car and drive it one way (We are right next to the airport so we can pick you up free of charge at the rental return), or you can fly in and drive the vehicle back and we will pick you up at the airport free of charge as long as you provide us in advance with your flight information. Deposits are not refundable unless there is a major mechanical issue with the vehicle (for example, a slipping transmission or an engine that is overheating or knocking but not for simple routine maintenance issues like brakes, tire tread depth or cosmetic issues like scratches, dings or imperfections on the exterior or interior) and we do this to protect ourselves from non-serious buyers. Weve been doing it this way for 7 years and weve rarely had any problems because we describe vehicles accurately, but as for every aspect of life you cannot please everyone unfortunately.
